Shipping Policies and What to Expect...
We use various fulfillment warehouses all over the world to ship our products to you in the most efficient way possible. This means that often times your order will be shipped in multiple packages which may not all arrive together or on the same day.
Don't worry! You will get your full order! It just may not all arrive in the same package!

Because we ship worldwide, and use various fulfillment services to deliver your goods, delivery times may vary greatly from place to place and product to product.
Order Processing Time
Most orders require 2-4 business days for processing time and packing by our shipping agents. This depends on how many orders are coming in, and which products you've ordered.
With our free shipping option it may take as much as 30 to 45 days for your complete order to arrive. It depends on which products you ordered and your shipping address. It also depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Tracking numbers are not always available to some countries with our free shipping option, and it can be slow.

The bronze shipping option is a bit faster than the free option, and it includes shipping insurance and a tracking number so you can keep tabs on where it is and when you can expect it to be delivered.
Silver shipping is our most popular shipping option. It gives you a delivery that includes shipping insurance, a tracking number, and a 90 day manufacturer's defects warranty in case something is wrong with your items. Gold shipping is our recommended option. It gives you a delivery that includes shipping insurance, a tracking number, and a 365 day manufacturer's defects warranty in case something is wrong with your items. "Skip The Line" (Upgrade)
By selecting upgraded shipping options you may receive your order faster. If you choose to "skip the line" your order will be bumped to the top of the list for processing instead of being placed at the bottom of the list like everyone else. This means that it could be in your hands sooner than if you decline this optional upgrade.
Where's My Order?
If you haven't received your entire order within 30 days, please contact us and we will check into the status for you and give you a better estimate of when you can expect your package, or parts of your order which you have not yet received.
